Here is a little picture of my bum. Yep. The sole purpose of this photo when it was taken was to show off my butt in this super cute swimsuit because I felt GREAT in it and I love my cute little bum (which is only getting cuter may I add, thank you Beach Body.) I love wearing my cheeky bikini bottoms because even though my bum still has its fair share of bumps, I have fallen in love with it.

I am confident in it and in my body as a whole. I love my eyes and the way that they squint when I laugh really hard. I love that I finally feel confident with my smile and that it has truly taught me some major lessons in progress and patience. I love that my legs let me dance which showed me my first passion in life.

I LOVE THIS BODY.

And, while I have fallen in love with my body's appearance I also love it for SO MUCH MORE than it's looks.

I love that my body has helped carry me across the world.

I love that my body allows me to play in the surf and enjoy moments in the water.

I love that my body embraces the ones I love tightly.

I love that my body aches and pains because it means I am putting it to use, which is something I am so lucky to be able to do.

I love that my body helps me to create, be it by painting, writing, or photographing.

I love that my body lets me speak about things that I feel passionate about.

I love that my body is uniquely me.

I suggest you try it, falling in love with all the great things your body can do. It will make you feel like a million bucks. While you're at it, write yourself your own little self-love letter it's a great reminder on days when you are feeling any less than awesome.
