Removing "Can't" From Your Vocabulary

Surf check at Juno Beach in Juno Beach, FL

I hear the word "can't" so very often. It's a word I try my hardest to keep out of my vocabulary... scratch that. It's a word I work hard to keep out of my vocabulary. ("trying" means that you are accepting failure as an option before it's a reality... but that's another conversation for another day.)

So why do I have a problem with "can't"?

Because the energy you put out is what you get back.

Because the mindset you have is equal to the outcome you will achieve.

Because your mindset matters. If you tell yourself you can't, you can't. If you tell yourself you can, you can.

You can.

It may be hard but you can do it, whatever "it" is.

If nothing was ever hard you would never feel rewarded or a sense of accomplishment.

We use "can’t" a lot. Im guilty of it too.

But guess what you can.

Maybe you don’t quite know how. Or maybe you need help. Maybe you need practice, but I’m telling you what ever it is, with practice, help from people or outside resources, taking the time to learn you can.

You can do big, crazy, scary, incredible things. Don’t sell yourself short!
