I've set a single goal for myself this week, consume good things. I want to focus a lot on eating lots of fruits and veggies. I want to drink lots of water. I want to not snack unless I am actually hungry. And I want to try and figure out things to satisfy my sweet tooth that are on the healthy side.
And that's all. One goal for the week. One thing to focus on. One thing that will help make me feel good. Oh, and one excuse to eat lots of smoothie bowls!
